Treatments are available on the following days and times, by appointment only:

Monday	2:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Tuesday	7:30 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
Wednesday	7:30 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.
Thursday	7:30 A.M. - 7:00 P.M.
Friday	2:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.

Rates

Initial visit	Two hours	$100
Follow-up visits	One hour	$75

Payment methods

• Cash or check at time of visit
• Flexible Spending Accounts: Acupuncture is covered under most Flexible Spending Plans and we will accommodate you with an invoice to help you use your benefits!

Discounts off regular rates are available for these plans, and these vary with the plan. No referrals needed or paperwork required. Please note this is a courtesy discount given by the provider; except in very specific instances these insurance companies do not reimburse the provider.
